Welcome to Savoy. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments
- All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our online booking system.
- We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the clinic’s discretion.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full price of the booked service.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is required in full at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, etc.
- Gift cards and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided by our staff.
7. Personal Belongings
- The clinic is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
8. Minors
- Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to receive services.
- Children are not permitted in treatment rooms unless they are receiving a service.
9. Promotions and Discounts
- Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Promotions are subject to change without notice.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Savoy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
