All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our online booking system.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the clinic's discretion.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee
No-shows will be charged the full price of the booked service.
Payment is required in full at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, etc.
Gift cards and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided by our staff.
The clinic is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to receive services.
Children are not permitted in treatment rooms unless they are receiving a service.
Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
